He had to get a new ID made with his middle name to match. His email and everyone referred to him by his middle name. This is a Mech instructor that teaches CAD and Maya. My first clue was an instructor that couldn't get his autodesk account. No issues yet, but I'd rather deal with it before they come knocking. I made a personal (gmail based) account because my work email was registered for (at the time) doing license management with Autodesk. I'm heading through the swap accounts process now. But I think, with your reminder, that today might be a good day.
